Steal The Crypto

Game was made for the "Mini Jam: 60" with theme "crime" and limitation was "pausing".

Gameplay

You are a robot-man sent on a mission to a secret military base, you must hack your way in to base and find all the computers, hack and steal Crypto from them. Avoid guards as they will try to shoot you. Shoot them back, sneak past them, or use your special "freeze" ability to avoid or escape them. But hurry up, as entering the base, you will have limited time for the mission. Find your escape before time runs out for a successful mission!

Controls

• WASD, Arrow keys - movement
• Mouse - look around / target
• Mouse click - shoot
• F - hack things
• Spacebar - freeze time
• Shift - sneak walk
• (there are also controller bindings, untested, use at your own risk)

Gameplay tips

• Hack main gate to enter the protected base and set off mission timer.
• If you run out of time, mission is failed.
• Find and hack exit gate before time runs out to successfully complete the mission.
• Find computers to hack and steal as much Crypto as possible.
• Use shift to sneak undetected closer to guards, but watch out!
• Use your freeze ability as much as possible, to gain extra seconds for mission or to bypass or run from guards.
• You cannot hack while frozen.
